A committed entrepreneur, Gérald Maradan founded EcoAct in 2005, a pioneer carbon strategy consulting firm. For more than fifteen years, he has supported large groups in defining and implementing their decarbonization trajectories. Under his management, the company grew from 0 to more than 400 consultants in Europe and abroad, generated €135 million in turnover, and became a global reference in its field. EcoAct is now owned by Schneider Electric.
This field experience, complemented by a major strategic role, forges a profound conviction in him: the climate transition will not be achieved by injunction or communication, but through action, through concrete solutions led by entrepreneurs capable of sustainably transforming value chains.
After the transmission of EcoAct, Gérald devoted himself to sustainable investment and education.
By co-founding Climate Leaders Fast Track with Pierre-Etienne Lorenceau, he is putting his expertise and network at the service of a new generation of climate founders, with the ambition to help them accelerate their impact.

She then joined the family office of Pierre-Etienne Lorenceau — initially her mentor — and participated in the development of projects aligned with the environmental transition. At the same time, it contributes to the development of the European Top Tier Impact community, in particular by launching its Danish branch.
